The lawyer stated that the future of the implicated in the case, filed as 'aggravated homicide by the use of a firearm,' will be determined, as he could be sent to an establishment with 'therapeutic measures.' Similarly, since he is 15 years old and the new Juvenile Penal Law has not yet come into effect, he cannot be tried.
